Status
[January 2025] The genome sequence of Trichoderma sp. AM6 was provided by Avishek Banik and annotated using the JGI Annotation pipeline. The mitochondrial genome was also assembled and is available in the download section. The transcriptome data used to support the genome annotation was retrieved from Trichoderma sp. aff zeloharzianum SZMC 28011 (TriTUC5505_1).
